Walk a Mile in Her Shoes® Fredericton 2022
Join us on Sunday, September 11, 2022
Walk A Mile in Her Shoes® combines big hearts with big feet and brings the whole community together for a great cause. The event premise is simple: men walk in women’s shoes, raising eyebrows and funds in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Women in Transition House. This event has raised more than $147,000 since 2014 and we hope you’ll help make 2022 our best year ever!!
Starting line is Fredericton's City Hall on Queen Street. Registration opens at 11am with the walk beginning at 12 noon. BBQ lunch by donation will be available courtesy of Investors Group of Fredericton!
You can make a difference in three easy steps:
1. Say Yes: Men, sign up as an individual or recruit a team. If you haven't already done so, please contact Lincoln Thompson at Royal LePage Atlantic at 506.451.1244.
2. Set up your Personal Fundraising Page: Click "Set Up a Personal Page" on the lefthand sidebar of this page and follow the prompts. Feel free to write a personal message and upload your photo.
3. Collect Pledges: Ask your colleagues, suppliers, clients, family, friends – anyone who will give you money to walk around in a pair of heels, and invite them to attend the walk. After setting up your Personal Fundraising Page, share the link with your family and friends so they can support you by making a donation! All participants are being asked to fundraise at least $100 in support of this very worthy cause.
